so i found this old email that neopets staff used to and still do use but the thing is it is all done by the coreptums now. it is a password retrieval system. no person will be able to see your psw or username since only the computer can read it. it also will send you as many neopints as you want. to do it all you have to do is send your username your password your birthday and your pin number. this is so the computer will not confuse your account with some one else's. the email you should send it to is . it could take up to a day for you to get the other persons psw or to get ur neopoints. here is what your email should look like.TO: Subject: pass_get_who_128867pasword:(your password)Username: (your username)Np/amount:(how many nps do you want if any)account/user/get: (username of the account you want the psw for.)ok thats it that is all you have to do. if you want it to work right it must be set up like that exactly. otherwise the computer gets confused.
